Who can use this form?

• If your local Departmental IT Representatives is IT Service and Support, please use this form to borrow Monash Licensed Software.
• If your local Departmental IT Representatives is not IT Service and Support, please contact your local Departmental IT Representatives to borrow software.

How to use this form

If you want to borrow a copy of any Monash Licenced software, have the software installed on your office comnputer or get the latest licence codes (for software licence codes only and software that does not have a licence agreement listed below, please just complete the online form below):

• Check that your computer meets the minimum software and hardware requirements to install and run the software. These requirements will be listed under the "What do I need to run this software? (Hardware Requirements)" section for each software package listed in the ITM Software Guide.
• Fill in the form below. Please be sure to fill in all the fields accurately.
