About IT Service & Support (IT & Multimedia Group)

The ITSS Team is part of the IT & Multimedia Group of the Facuty of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences. The team is responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring the responsive provision of IT, communications and services to the schools, centres and administrative departments of the Faculty. The team ensure day-to-day focus on Faculty priorities and arrange for the equitable spread of services across the staff, students, facilities and campuses of the Faculty. IT Service and Support works in close contact with Departmental IT Representatives and aims to promote an efficient and effective IT and multimedia environment within the Faculty and provide responsive client support consistent with the Faculty's leadership role and aspirations.
