GraphPad Prism site licence a success

SInce April last year, over 1000 Faculty members have registered for the Faculty's GraphPad Prism site licence. This response confirms that this initiative has been a success.

Once again, we would like to thank the Dean, Faculty Manager, Deputy Deans and the Faculty Committee for Information Technology in Teaching, Research and Administration who funded this initiative. Thanks also to the School of Biomedical Sciences Information Technology Committee who were integral in getting this initiative approved.

GraphPad Prism site license renewal - new code

The GraphPad Prism site license for the Faculty has been renewed.

The new serial numbers for the renewed license term, May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010, have been emailed to all subscribed users of this site licence.

Updating the software:

After April 1, Prism will remind you when you quit the program that the software will expire at the end of April. The easiest way to extend Prism for the new license term is to wait until May 1. The first time you launch Prism after that, Prism will ask you to enter the serial number above.

If you really dislike the reminder message and you would like to update the serial number before May 1, there is a choice on the Prism 5 Help menu where you can "Enter a new serial number."
